The Ammerdown Interfaith Project addresses faith and race related hate crime and is sponsored by the Methodist Church. As part of the project, we encourage people to come together and reflect on their faith in the light of challenging issues in our society.

Rev Inderjit Bhogal, former President of the Methodist Conference, is leading a retreat on 'The Cross of Christ Today' from Monday 15th to Wednesday 17th April at the Ammerdown Centre, Radstock, Somerset.

SIX MEDITATION/REFLECTIONS ON THE CROSS WHICH IS THE CENTRAL SYMBOL ASSOCIATED WITH JESUS CHRIST AND HIS FOLLOWERS. THE MEDITATIONS WILL OFFER REFLECTION ON SOME KEY CONTEMPORARY ISSUES SUCH AS DEATHS OF REFUGEES SEEKING SAFETY, WOMEN ON THE FRONTLINES OF SUFFERING AND STRUGGLE, MODELS OF LEADERSHIP, THE CROSS IN A MULTIFAITH WORLD, LOVE, GRIEF AND LIFE, AND, THE SILENCE and WORD OF GOD.
