Worship, Prayer and the Bible underpin all that happens at Berkley Street Methodist Church. Always the gospel and love of Jesus Christ is foremost. There is a regular Sunday morning service and Sunday Club for children at 10.30 a.m. A play/toy area is available in the church for the youngest children throughout all services. Although at separate times of the month, Holy Communion is celebrated and All Age Worship is included in our Sunday worship.  Sunday morning services include a mixture of contemporary and traditional worship which is reflected in the variety of music and drama presented. Use of a projector for illustrations and song words help to enhance our worship (hymn books are still available for those who find this easier!)
Tea, Coffee and biscuits are served after every morning service during a time of fellowship. A Fairtrade stall is available for purchases.

Café worship services are held once a month at 6 p.m. Messy Church is a fun way of doing church in a different way and is for all ages (particularly the young!). Messy Church is normally held on a Wednesday during school holidays; we start at 10.30am in the morning and finish with lunch. Regular Prayer meetings are held fortnightly in the Church at 7.15pm on Mondays and Morning Dew 9.15 am on Thursdays. Both Prayer Groups alternate each week.

A wide range of activities take place throughout the week which are both Church based as well as Groups from within the community.
