Come and Sing Carols at St Ives Methodist Church, Heather Walker is planning to sing her way through the Christmas Carols in Singing the Faith to raise funds for AcXon for Children. Heather would really appreciate your support. Just phone Heather on 07718 279747 if you would like to sponsor her and then come along on Saturday 13th December between 9.00am and 12.00 noon to cheer Heather along, enjoy a cuppa and a mince pie and join in the carols.

Sunday 21st December 4pm Carols on the Green – come and join us to sing Christmas songs led by Rev Latika and keyboards by Ryan from the SDA will accompany us. Donations will be taken for Three Pillars, who help to feed homeless people locally. And finally, join us in the church afterwards for hot chocolate and mince pies.

Brampton Methodist Church is affectionately known as 'The Chapel on the Green' due to its proximity to the village green.
Methodism came to Brampton in the early 1800s with services being held in a local barn. Memorial stones of the Chapel being laid on 22nd April 1889 (Easter Sunday) and officially opened on 27th June that year. The members had previously met in a converted barn.
