Berkley Street Methodist Church is a friendly and welcoming church where

March Sunday Services
15th – 10.30am
Mothering Sunday Intergenerational Worship (IGW), led by Rev Latika Singh. Everyone
worshipping together for the whole service.
22nd – 10.30am Worship will be a Local Arrangement. There will be Sunday Club for children
aged over 3 years. 29th –
Palm Sunday
10.30am Worship will be led by John Bridge. There will be Sunday Club for children
aged over 3 years.
There is a regular Sunday morning service at 10.30 and Sunday Club for children runs most weeks. A play/toy area is available in the church for the youngest children throughout all services.
When you join us for a Sunday morning services you will find they are a mixture of contemporary and traditional worship, which is reflected in the variety of music and drama presented. Use of a projector for illustrations and hymn/song words helps to enhance our worship (hymn books are still available for those who find this easier!). The building is accessible for people using wheel chairs and there is a hearing loop in the main worship area. Tea, Coffee and biscuits are served after every morning service during a time of fellowship.
We also have lots of events happening every month for adults, children and families.

Bargain Centre shop is open every Thursday from 10am to 4pm raising much needed funds for our community work in St Neots.
Berkley Busy Bees meets every Friday in termtime from 9.15 to 11am, for preschool children and their parents/carers.
Souper Lunch is on the third Thursday of each month with homemade soup and cake for just £2.50.
Diary date:
Ladies Fellowship on Thursday March 26th at 7.30pm in the Church, when we are
having a speaker from Magpas, our local air ambulance.Forest Church for Spring takes place on Saturday 28th March from 2.30-4pm in Priory
Park, St Neots. We will be exploring the events of the first Holy Week in the outdoors. Places
must be booked, so please let us know if you would like to come along.
Holy Week and Easter events
Online Reflections for Holy Week will take place on the Monday (Rev James), Tuesday (Rev
Latika) and Wednesday (Rev Nick) evenings of Holy Week from 7.30-8pm. The reflections will
be led by the ordained staff and will be based around Bear Grylls’ book ‘The Greatest Story
Ever Told’. A Zoom link will be available nearer the time. Maundy Thursday ~ 2nd April
There will be a service at 7.30pm in the church to mark the events of the Last Supper. This will
be led by Rev Latika Singh. Everyone welcome. Good Friday ~ 3rd April
We are planning an event in the Market Square, More
details nearer the time. Easter Sunday Communion and Breakfast ~ 5th April
There will be a service of Holy Communion at 8am led by Rev Latika Singh. This will be
followed by breakfast. If you would like to come to Easter breakfast, please sign the list at the
back of the church. Easter Sunday IGW service ~ 5th April
Our Easter Sunday morning service at 10.30am will be led by Katy Salmon and will be an
Intergenerational Worship service. Everyone worshipping together for the whole of the service.
We will be decorating the cross with Spring flowers during our service, so please bring along
some flowers or leaves to add to the cross. The cross will then be placed outside the front of
the church to share the good news of the Resurrection with the people of the town.

All our activities are a mixture of Church based groups and groups from the wider community.
